Shipping Policy

How long will it take to ship my order?

WHOLESALE ORDERS: Processing your order may take up to 14 business working days (excluding holidays and weekends) Our working days are MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY.  Charlotte Area: Same-day delivery may be available if purchased before 1 pm EST M-F. During peak times, when demand is high, processing times can take a bit longer.  You will receive shipping/delivery information to the email used at checkout, with a tracking number, once your order has been processed for shipping. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 2-5 shipping days, however, this part of the process belongs to the delivery carrier and delays may/can occur.

 

PRIVATE LABEL & PRE-ORDERS: Lash Boxes and all private label /Pre-orders will process within 14-28 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).  Our working days are MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY. During peak times, when demand is high, processing times can take a bit longer. You will receive shipping/pickup information to the email used at checkout, with a tracking number, once your order has been processed for shipping. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 2-5 shipping days, however, this part of the process belongs to the delivery carrier and delays may/can occur.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged.  What should I do?

All USA wholesale bulk orders under $100 are insured with the delivery carrier.  Please contact a consultant from the delivery carrier for assistance with filing a claim or locating your package.  If your attempts are unsuccessful you can then contact us for some assistance with getting some help from USPS.  

If your wholesale bulk order is over $100 and is missing, first attempt to contact the delivery carrier to help you locate the missing items.  If your item is not received after 3 days please contact us at help@lashfanaticswholesale.com for further assistance. 

My package says delivered, but I did not receive it.  What should I do?

First attempt to locate your package by asking neighbors, and USPS.  If your order is not received by the next business day, please send us an email at help@lashfanaticswholesale.com to make us aware. 

All wholesale bulk orders are insured and a claim can be filed with the carrier. We will provide you with any information you need to file a claim.  Once you have filed a claim you need to follow up with the carrier until a determination on your claim has been made.  

Please understand, if you did not purchase shipping insurance at the time of your order, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.  

I paid for shipping insurance and there was an issue with my delivery, what do I do?

You will need to file a shipping insurance claim. This is found on the home page.  You will need your email and order number to begin the process.  Once you have entered your order number and email address, submit your claim.  A member of our Lash Boss Customer Care Team will be in contact with you, to resolve the issue.  Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response from the team. 

Please understand, if you fail to pay for the additional shipping insurance, we will not replace, or refund your order.   

Is international shipping available?

Yes! Please note, International customers (outside the USA) are responsible for all customs and duty fees.  You will need to communicate with the delivery service you selected at checkout, once shipped, as we will not issue any refunds or replacements for mishaps with shipping.
